Today's emergency managers often have to handle the toughest moments of their careers in the bright glare of the media's spotlight. When disaster strikes, it is the emergency manager who is tasked with keeping both first responders and civilians safe. As an emergency manager, you need to safeguard the public dollars spent on recovery, while keeping track of the cost of resources for reimbursement from state and federal agencies. In a world where mistakes are remembered and successful disaster management is quickly forgotten, you need the tools to get the job done.

interTRAX for Emergency Management offers the tools needed for resource management and interagency interoperability. Emergency managers are responsible for the deployment of responders and resources to the site. At the same time you must track those leaving the scene, including evacuees and patients. You need to control access to the site, handling both pre-credentialed responders and individuals who need access but have yet to be credentialed. You need a way to interact with agencies using FIPS201/FRAC cards. All of this activity and data requires monitoring off-scene, and needs to be shared with others including federal and state agencies, hospitals, and public health. The interTRAX Suite for Emergency Management is a complete solution offering total resource visibility.

The interTRAX suite consists of three system elements that build on each other to provide a complete tag to the web solution. Our solution identifies those coming to or leaving the scene, tracks them throughout the incident, and allows interagency interoperability by sharing this data with those who need to view it in real time.
